Demo program
A demo set that goes straight into the cart.
Every approved fitter starts with a demo set across ATOM Blue (mid launch, mid kick point) and ATOM Black (low launch, mid-high kick point). Tell us on the application which weights and flexes you want,2 to 5 shafts.
Demo shafts ship raw, or built to your adapter and tipping spec through our custom-build service, so you can fit them the day the box arrives. Demo pricing, the seasonal refresh and flex exchange rules depend on your tier and are confirmed in writing at approval.
Tour Spec (TS) builds are allocated to Elite fitters first and are recommended only through an authorized fitter.

How do I become an authorized ATOM fitter?

What does the program cost?
There is no fee to apply. Trade pricing and demo pricing are tiered (Authorized Fitter, Preferred Fitter and Elite Fitter) and are shown only inside the partner portal after approval, with orders invoiced on NET30 terms. Demo pricing, the seasonal refresh and flex exchange terms depend on your tier and are confirmed in writing at approval.
Who qualifies for the ATOM Authorized Fitter Program?
Fitting studios, green-grass pro shops, tour vans and club builders that fit with a launch monitor and install shafts in-house or through a builder. Independent and multi-location fitters are both welcome. Distributors and retailers without fitting should use the general partnership form instead.
Do I need a launch monitor?
Yes. Our fitting recommendations are number-driven, so we ask which monitor you fit on (TrackMan, Foresight GCQuad / GC3, FlightScope, Full Swing KIT, Uneekor, Rapsodo MLM2PRO or another system). If you fit at a facility that provides one, you qualify.
What is in the demo set?
The default set is ATOM Blue 5S, ATOM Blue 6S, ATOM Blue 6X, ATOM Black 6S and ATOM Black 6X — the 60g core of both series at S and X so you can A/B the profiles, plus a lighter Blue for smoother tempos. You can swap any of them on the application (a demo set is 2 to 5 shafts), or leave the set empty and we will suggest one at approval. Demo shafts ship raw or built to your adapter and tipping spec; demo pricing, seasonal refresh and flex exchange terms depend on your tier and are confirmed at approval.
How fast do demo sets and stock orders ship?
Everything ships from our fulfillment hub in South San Francisco. In-stock raw shafts are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Demo sets built to an adapter or tipping spec take longer; we confirm the build date at approval.
How does warranty work on shafts I install for a customer?
ATOM shafts are covered by the Attomax manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Claims on fitter-installed shafts are handled directly with the Attomax fitting team, with the replacement sent to your studio. Damage from installation errors such as sanding through fibers or over-trimming the tip is excluded; see the Warranty & Refund policy for the full terms.
Can my studio be listed on Find a Fitter?
Yes. Every approved fitter can opt in to a listing with studio name, city and booking link. Preferred and Elite fitters get a featured badge and placement, and can be profiled in Fitter Stories with photos and interview video.
