Domestic Shipping (United States)

We are pleased to offer competitive shipping options for our valued customers within the United States.

  • Golf Shafts: FREE 2-Day Air shipping on all shaft orders
  • Golf Grips: Free standard shipping on grip orders of $100 or more

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping

Attomax Pro is proud to offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries and territories. International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

  • Golf Shafts: Free shipping on orders of $1,800 or more
  • Golf Grips: Free shipping on orders of $200 or more

Note: Free shaft shipping is only available for US customers. International shaft orders require meeting the $1,800 threshold for free shipping.

International Shipping Rates:

Due to the oversized nature of golf shafts (typically 46" or longer), international shipping rates vary significantly based on destination, carrier availability, and package dimensions. Exact shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Important Notice for International Orders:

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected upon delivery or clearance. We recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate potential fees before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) or on weekends and federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You may also log in to your Attomax Pro account to view your order status and tracking information at any time.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.
  • Certain regions may have shipping restrictions due to carrier limitations or local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Attomax Pro is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once the carrier has taken possession. However, we are committed to assisting our customers in resolving such issues.

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order placement. Attomax Pro is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
